"Kenny Schrub" trying to pull off a quick scam with proof (UID=2975926)

I was purchasing an amazon giftcard from this user, we agreed that I would send $40 PayPal first. After I sent it he went "afk" for 10 minutes. Then I messaged him and he said the money is fraud. He's trying to pull off a quick scam and I'm not going to let him get away with it. I'm just putting this out there so people know not to EVER do PayPal deals with him. He can't fight this, his only excuse is "I want to let PayPal deal with it". There's absolutely nothing to deal with, it's just a refund.
