PayPal Limitation - Legitimate Information - Need Recommendations

Windows 98 · 2016-12-06T22:05:00+00:00

My PayPal was limited last night. It has roughly $2,400 in it. All the information I used was legitimate, and I do not believe I broke any Terms of Service. There's one problem, though. They are asking for the following on top of the normal stuff like bank statements etc: Provide Invoices of the Merchandise I'm selling Provide Proof of Delivery Provide more information about payments What I was selling was a virtual service. I'm not required to own a thing, so I'm not sure what to do about the top two. For the last one, all of my payments were made via Friends/Family. Is that against the Terms if you are actually selling a service? If so, should I make something up?
