Only thing is, if the program either decompiled or the registry keys found, if thats leaked, the programs cracked.

I made something similar involving the registry yet it didn't turn out so good :/ https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=499978

Not exactly. Because if a person changed the BuildGUID their computer would immediately be bricked :)

Try it if you don't believe me...

Mybad, I read it the wrong way, this is good if the program is obfuscated ;)

The source is good, but what I really love is the fact you've put it in a screenshot with your name on the front of it.

Sorry kids, no copying and pasting today.

Skid proof :P (Skids like kRaeTwin)

Edit:: (Skids like me) - kRaeTwin threatened to use his hacking skills on me :(

Id rather do an if statement in the program itself to see if the hwid number they gave me when they purchased matches the one Ive kept on my site. If it dosent match, then the program displays what is there in a message box. Ie: "thanks for the chargeback, as you can see it got you really far huh?"

[xhtmlphp™]

Sorry but I think we all know the best protection is an un-obfuscated program which uses an if statement to check if the textbox is equivalent to a string.

Code

If TextBox1.Text = "User123" And TextBox2.Text = "MaiSecretPasswordz" Then
MessageBox.Show("Logged in successfully, unfortunately, I am a bad coder and can't code any further, bye.")
Me.Close()
Else
MessageBox.Show("YOU TRAI CRACKING MAI PROGRAMZ?")
Me.Close()
End If

Thank you for sharing this code. I'll be using this for sure in future projects.

lol @ xhtmlphp one of those me.close's needs a otherform.show with it too or your customer wont get anywhere even with the right hwid. :P
