Can I buy 3p1c OR l33t or both?

Well I'm not entirely sure if I can buy 3p1c or l33t, or if you can buy both at the same time. Also I just upgraded do I need to do something? It says it's not automatic, so should I inform the staff about my upgrade?

You can purchase both at the same time.

You don't have to do anything once you pay. Just wait for confirmations and it should pop up after the transaction is confirmed.
