Stuff needed:
1-->web page maker(downlod link)
2-->basic html knoledge
3-->u r brain

How does it work?
it works by using an html tag called <iframe>

Starting Off
1-->once u download webpage maker go to insert-->iframe
2-->enter the url of the webpage that u want
4-->scroll bars-->no
5-->iframe borders -->no
6-->expand the size of the iframe to the size of the webpage or site
7-->go to insert-->shape-->rectangle
8-->cover the title of the website with the shape(cover the title of iframe so that u can put yours)
9-->put the iframe in the center so that u can put your ads
10-->press f5 to preview and see that the shape covers the title properly
11-->go to file-->export to html-->select the folder to export
12-->Upload the webpage to ur ftp and DONE!!
Note:u could also enter the ip of the website insted of url in iframe
