how do I make a server, keylogger, ... starting automatically while the computer is booting up? Maybe entering to the registry?

If you're coding it yourself then you just add the code for it to do that.
Most premade keyloggers like Albertino Keylogger will automatically add themselves to startup.

Do you have a piece of malware and you want to make it start up? Do you have the source? if you do that would be easy, if you don't there are some crypters that have this feature.
