Not true.I have a RAT Called IRCBot, basically it adds all your victems into a chat room over IRC and lets you control them via typing. You can control them from anywhere in the world.

I dont have a link but i just recently read a thread by a user that found a work around using hamachi virtual lan. In fact if i remember correctly you dont need to set up a no-ip account too.

Well first off I would suggest Mons rat ($25)... I myself was looking for one that didn't need it that was free but there isn't. But if you don't wanna spend $25 than just buy RA4W VPN For A simple $2.50 🤝
