eye if u have some faking skills u will be fine
take ur father or mother id as a platform and edit everything to match ur PP infos
then send it ,
if they didnt unlimit ur account, they cant take the money eithe
wait 180 days and add a bank account and get ur money out

well bro do one thing call paypal up .. and when they ask ID proof tell them you will fax it and fax it to them while you are on phone that way they will unlimit you faster

I don't have a faxing machine. And again, should I send them fake info? I can provide all the other info they need, legit.

Trust me, don't waste your time. I have been through all of paypal's hoops before and they will just keep your account limited. Only 5% of accounts with this limitation ever get the green light.

Use a payment processor like fastspring or Plimus.
