Assuming your upload speed is decent (at least 200kbps) or you have someone that will do it for you, you need to start uploading the videos to a site that will play them back as flv's like megaupload, youtube would work but the videos will be pulled down... You can also convert them to .flv files yourself and host the videos on your own server. You're going to need a decent amount of videos already on the website to get people interested as well, not just a couple (this is why upload speed is important)
The only other thing is you'd probably need help or a lot of time to check your videos often to make sure they aren't pulled down. People get pissed off when they watch a few episodes of a show then the next one doesn't work.
