can this software access files on target machine and networked and upload them to cloud etc?
can it access passwords off all other networked machines on target network too?

The last thing you need is a keylogger you'd probably accidentally infect yourself then get infected and they steal your own infections key logs and take your whole life over that's how dumb you are.
