It doesnt mean that no updates are issued, it just means that if you are a dick, or an asshole, i can just not share them with you.

Yes, it means it is unique runpe, everytime it gets crypted. Shield Crypter is both Runtime and Scantime FUD.

I told you this once and will tell you this again. Please do some runtime videos and record a video while you crypt a malware and scan it so we know that you really are crypting malicious files not uploading random stuff
