Hi, I am new to all this, But I have a good handle on it. IRC server is up, I know all the info, ect, ect,
So I was able to compile it and every thing, But when I run the .exe in the Release folder it lunches it and it runs as a processes, but only does that. Doesn't copy any files to the system files, or anything. Nor does it connect to my IRC. So I honestly don't know what I am doing.
Any help would be Great! Thanks~

Talc, I tested mine on some zombies until it appeared in my IRC and i was able to login etc, try that way first (download and exec or whatever), you may want to change the mutex every compile

I clearly am doing something wrong.
My IRC is set up so when you join it auto sends you to the Chat area. Then you can join the "Botnet area" with the /join #"Channelname"
This Channel has a password. It never prompts me to enter a password I have to do /oper "username" "password" command
Then i can join the channel.
But I believe my problem is with the bot its self. I am either compiling it wrong or doing something. It doesn't give me any errors when compiling and after its done it makes the "Release" folder. I go in that folder and run the .exe, but nothing connects to my IRC.
If any one can help it would be Awesome. Been working on this for like 3 days now.

Never mind my ignorance. I got it to work. I always seem to post for help then get stuff to work. damn...Thanks anyways tho.
Talc, not sure where your sending it in your IRC but just send it to the channel where the bots are supposed to go and not to the chat area.
Dont encrypt any of it and just test the release exe on a naked zombie until you see it appearing, once you know its working then go about encrypting it.
Relentless187, open VC++2008, go to file/open/project/solution and navigate to where the z3r0xb0t project file is, double click it, to test if it compiles just select the build tab and click build solution. It should create the bot in the release folder.
