Pull on the tip of the laser until it gets loose - then pull it out with your hands.
You should see the laser and a motherboard looking thing that has a spring attached to it.
Once you see that then you're going to need to examine the two little lines going into the laser. If one of them is not touching the driver (the fucking "motherboard"), that's what you need to solder back to the silver .
Once you do that, inspect it for any other problems, such as wires sticking out randomly or it could even be that the spring (the part that gives the laser the energy) could be out of place. An easy fix to that would be to screw it back in using your fingers, or sometimes even to solder it if the laser isn't like that.
If you're too lazy to do any of this and still have trouble understanding what the fuck I'm talking about, buy another laser pls.
