Is this illegal to do? Should i be using a Proxy?

Using a Proxy is illegal, But The administrators have no idea of this exploit. So they're both illegal. Don't use a Proxy. Just increases your chances of getting caught

Little problem, I can't solve the step 10. I can't see any earning. I click after step 9 on REGULAR DOWNLOAD, I click on CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD, and after I click in Cancel. After I clear the cookies and cache and dosen't works, I can't see any cash. You can help me please?
