As morchid said gain hype about a product,
or alert your group about shit going down etc. I really like this, and I'm not saying that just because Omni made it.

Maybe you can just add it under thread options? As another text link and just have "Tweet this thread" under thread options with the same format as the rest?

that does look pretty useful to keep track of threads while your away and you can't access HF from you phone.
Edit: I do not like where the button is to be honest. Ithink it should be beside the stars.

yeah I think it should either be to the left of the stars or directly above "New Reply" or under Thread Options.

I have a little suggestion for this since the Twitter button following you is pretty annoying, you should place the Twitter button after the end of thhe thread title. Would look better and be easy to see without it following you around.

If I could offer a piece of advice, or critique, I would put the button within the OP's original post, right above the PM/Find area. Then you could customize it a bit more to match HF's theme. It is a very useful feature though, and I hope it stays.

You might have adblock or something of that sort that is blocking it from your view. The tweet button is in the top right hand corner.

I'm experimenting with a Tweet button on Showthread pages. On the upper right hand corner you can tweet the page you're on. This is just an experiment for now. I might remove this within minutes, hours or days. I'll see how it goes.

Feel free to Tweet this thread as an example test.

If you use the browser addon Ghostery, it's what blocked it for me. Once I disabled Ghostery, (specifically the tweet button) it showed up.
