I'm assuming this is referring to the 2 members purchasing Skill?

Pretty sure it's more in reference to Vinnie being apart of the purchase of The Alliance. If you trust the person you partner up with, there wont be any problems but if you partner up with some random person because they have the other half of the money what do they expect....
Glad you clarified this though. (Nov 25, 2013 04:59 PM)Big Poppa Wrote: I'm assuming this is referring to the 2 members purchasing Skill? Considering how I just lectured how only ONE person can own a group...there is no such thing to me as 2 members purchasing a group. Someone is the owner. That one owner makes all the decisions. If he tells me to remove X as leader or that I should transfer the group then no amount of protesting from a "partner" will matter to me. So if you get yourself into a partner situation for a group you're taking a huge risk and I will not be a protector or responsible for it. Hmm, make's me question what's going to happen next since they already had this planned out. Hopefully they don't attempt to go through with the decision. But in the end they probably will... Only time will tell.
It's a fair warning. But such things most likely will not happen. People here care too much about their influence, position and reputation among the community to do such a thing. A scam like that would be frowned upon, and the group cursed by the insulted community. Whilst the previous statement might be incorrect, that is at least how most of the leaders would think, and that possibility alone stops them from doing this.
Who would attempt to scam and break a partnership if that would mean getting himself labeled as a scammer forever? I doubt such scandal would pass by unnoticed, no one would want to own a group that everyone laughs at. But even so, I wouldn't put my money into someone else's hands no matter how well I know them. |
