He's trying to access the admin panel of this forum which uses WordPress.
You could snoop around in the WordPress files and try to find an SQL or XSS vulnerability. Once you found that, you can either use SQL injection to get data or upload a PHP shell if you find a vulnerability in an uploader ...

1. It's a WordPress login page /wplogin.php or /wpadmin
2.To be able to hack into WordPress i would suggest you to do some information gathering about the website i.e what plugins does it use, Version number . If it's a shared server etc.
3.Once you have the information , you must start to Google if there are any publicly available methods to exploit .
4. Exploit!

It does not appear to be vulnerable to be sql injectable. Maybe another experienced person can find something and help you as I am very new also. You should read up on some tutorials to learn more about sql injection.
