Most computers will shut themselves down or crash if the CPU usage is too high. Although I'm sure it can maybe work depending on the motherboard.

Wrong, you can have a CPU Usage of 100% and no computer will turn it self off.
However, on the other hand, if the CPU Heat gets too high, I think it's about ~90-105 °C it will shut itself off, following a blue screen (On most computers, on other computers it just goes black, and it's off).

What you are looking for should be RAT'ing him, by RAT'ing him, you'll get access to almost everything you'll need to know/have about/off him.

park outside his residence with your wi-fi laptop or whatever and hack onto his wireless network. he's probably like 99% of most households and don't have any wireless security. i easily hack into my neighbors networks all the time. its entertaining to say the least. once your in you can browse all over his files and *uck up his hd, os, or whatever.

Well you say he's a dumbass, is he just pretentious or actually stupid? If he's actually stupid it should be easy to RAT him, maybe use a JDB. You can find cheap crypting services around HF for around $2-$5 for a FUD crypt. So just try getting him to install a RAT (Dark Comet most likely), and then you've pretty much got full control of his computer. Other than that check out some of the various virus makers around HF and hit him with a worm or trojan. Again, you'll need to get your virus crypted before you can do anything.

I have really considered beating the shit out of him, but the girl that likes me I know isn't completely over him. She doesn't want to be with him anymore and doesn't have feelings, but after being with someone for a year or so, it is rather hard to just forget everything.

Here, I'll tell you one of the many things he has done. When we started work, she just thought I was cute, and after awhile we started talking and it was mostly about work. So we were talking about work on her wall and we switch over to messages, her boyfriend out of no where messages me and says he sees me talking to his girl and like all that crap. Telling me not to ask for her number, but I'd already gotten it because she gave it to me.

He starts talking shit and causes drama. So he came to our work place to talk to us and he's like talking to me like he is the good guy and he's the one that has been abused and crap. He tells me I'm kicking him when he's down, when literally the night before I told her I should probably back off and let them resolve this (he'd been begging me to back off and giving me a sob story). So he came to our work place, talked to me for a bit and then I went inside because the higher up staff have a meeting. The director who is my cousin tells him that since this is personal matters that he should leave, he decides he'll stay and wait for "his girl".

She comes and he gets physical with her, and he starts banging on the center door (I work at a community center). And after the girl told him to leave and he tried to get in and the other mentors blocked him, he decided to leave. He came back after we were finished to try and talk to us and this time the director and the master (the community center is a martial arts place as well) get involved and he's like shaking in his pants and shit.

But yea, he did a ton of other stupid stuff but that was like just one of the many.
He simply doesn't get that they've broken up and every chance I gave him (backing off) and she gave him (picking up his calls), he just fucks up because he is just so fucking stupid.
