In my opinion it sort of looks like you basically created an entire section to get another place for people to shove stickies into.

I completely disagree, anonymity applies to everyone on the web, not just people who do hack related things. People need to be more aware of what kind of information they put online and how to prevent it from getting into the wrong hands. I think this section is a brilliant idea. As to answer your question: THEY USE COMMON SENSE. No, for real, I can TL;DR every single tutorial about staying anonymoose in this section as "Don't use real info, buy with BTC, roll with a VPN". There's nothing innovative, new,or challenging about wiping your digital ass. As for the other usage of this section; DoX help begging, I just see it as another HF-made failure to support everything wrong in a section(Beginner Hacking. Hacking != Making tables of your boyfriend's steam accounts) I'm working years to recover. Influx of "Help me dox" "best dox sites" "dox this skype" etc.
I beat off to this:

Ofc he wants the community to thrive and be happy whilst skilled. However, this is his business and if a new section has been requested featuring a heavily spoken about topic, and he can make money out of it, then why the fuck not right? 😝 Although, I'm surprised he hasn't put in the rules about there being no requests for doxing.
VPN, Proxies, and Socks is more for technical computing aspects. PIM is more for the social aspects and also includes investigation methods which the VPN, Proxies, and Socks does not.

Realistically there are already paid stickies by members which would be more suited to this section. Members are already selling ebooks and services relate to PIM. And as you can see from the first page of this forum it's already a fairly active section with many relative threads. Realistically if someone posted "please dox Saint" in a thread you could report is as harassment already. |
