It's looking rather promising so far, they actually had to send the buyer ANOTHER email after I submitted the information the ebook suggested. Not vouching for it until I actually win the dispute though.

I DO NOT recommend this ebook. I sent what he recommended to paypal and did not win any of the two unauthorised transaction disputes opened by the same person.

sorry but this is a method and it's not granted 100%

but it's working for many cases and it's fix many disputes

and you just pay 2$ to try get your money back from scamer :)

Man, in PM and on your thread you have posted that you cannot 100% guarantee this will work, which is fine, but you need to change your title to your thread then. False advertising is not cool.
