I will post back with my results. This plugin will undergo a 3 day trial.

-Production Speed-
I was contemplating whether to give this a 9 because of the short delay, however, the speed for small plugins is very fast.

Performance
Didn't affect my server at all.
Extremely lightweight.

Production speed
He got this done in 2 days.
10/10 for speed.

Plugin support and setup help
All I needed was a drag and drop and maybe 30 keystrokes for the config.
It wasn't that hard at all.
I will comment on the fact that he has a lot of 'real life delays'
But still, 2 days is quick for a small plugin.

Accuracy
Did everything I wanted it to do and I'm just waiting on him for a small tweak.

Overall
9.9/10
Probably the fastest coder for small plugins I've seen in a while.

OP has made me a really nice plugin to customize tools
It has been added to my donor things and have made alot of sales!

Thank you, I totally recommend him to anyone looking for HQ plugins with a small budget.
He will do it quick and with easy, support is great, helped fix lots of bugs ASAP!
