Just so you know, adf.ly is like .0015 per click not .01 (I saw someone post in this thread that it was .01)

how would you do this, because you have to have iframes?

I can't answer that question but i used this method log time ago, i shortened my .webs.com link in is.gd and shortend is.gd link in another shortening site, and submitted it to easyhits4u and it accepted it. but after 1-2weeks easyhits4u deletes your link.
Can't say if this still works.Too lazy to try.

hello i am still not getting it ....if i put iframes so when people will open my web page...in those iframes adf.ly links will be loaded...? am i getting it correct?? but what if it gets loaded in the full page like how its happening here...http://www.enthaz.webs.com (<--- this is not mine)

i didn't use any exchange traffic now, i used youtube, and post my site there that it a job site, and i got 171 hits already.
