A bit too much Sepia going on. It's like you got bored blending colors and slapped on a gradient.
Needs more color, but its not completely bad.
The hand has some nice textures going on but the lady seems out of place.

Work on your blending and don't take shortcuts with one color tone

That's why he's entitled to his own opinion.

Lighting almost there. Light source too direct. Not necessarily too much "sepia", but rather too much warmth. Add a touch of coolness to it and it should look much better.
