Everything seems to be fine but when I press Start in Dubrute it just doenst't start.

Back on the days when I used it,dubrute worked okay for me on windows 2003 servers,it rarely worked on 2008.
So try it in a win2003 rdp,or try running nmap and dubrute on administrator access (Run as administrator).
