RedLions has been irrelevant for like 3-4 years now? The only time it ever got any attention or relevance was when Alone Vampire and iHydra were added as leaders and then when iHydra stepped down as a leader. Vampire almost tried marketing the group lol... and then both of the leaders were inactive af still. I guess Alone Vampire is also recreating Titans thanks to iHydra mentioning it before stepping down as a leader, but since he won't be adding any of the old Titans members or even myself I don't see how he will do it lol. Either way, RedLions is still an irrelevant dead group that only gets noticed due to it's shadow effect on usernames and Nokia popping up to give Omni a few grand every now and again.

It had it's time, but as soon as Glassy went MIA the group will most likely never be much more than a hollow shell of what it used to be. Sadly.

Fusion is sadly no better with Raptor not even being on HF in the last week.

Riptide however is getting it's shit together and have plans already in the works.

My all time favorite would have to be Instinct. The sub-forum was constantly active and we actually had off-site content whether it was just talking or gaming together.
Nowadays groups have to be forced to do stuff, take Fusion for example, I actually liked this group but there hasn't been no gaming content whatsoever in months. Fuck staying within a group just to post in a singular thread which is called the Lounge. Before some idiot quotes me and says there was a tournament within Fusion, but look how difficult it was to gather members yet the date was planned 2 weeks in advanced. We practically had to beg people to come play to fill the spots.

Groups are an embarrassment nowadays. Groups only exist right now to be milked for money by the owners.

Dude, stop being so pessimistic. I can dig 100 posts where you keep saying the same shit over and over again. "Groups are worthless, groups are disgrace and blah blah".

That's a shame then. Leader's job isn't just adding/kicking members. If a group owner doesn't listen to his leaders and they do not have a say in group affairs, that's the most terrible group.

I agree with you. I didn't want to be leader of Squad, I even asked James AKA Divined to remove me on several occasions. In the end I got it removed myself by messaging Omni, then a day later he put the group up for sale.
You call me pessimistic but at the end of the day it is true. Name me a single existing group which is successful where the owner and leaders actually plan and contribute stuff towards the group.

Don't blame the group owners lol. if you notice, every group once in a while tries to become active and start contributing. During the time I have stayed on HF, I have seen it on several occasions. There comes a time when the owner and leaders think, now is the time to do something good. They set out on this journey only to realise they aren't being supported by their own group members and leaders after a few weeks. The whole group plunges into inactivity once again.


I can say this for my own group, Royalty, and Red Lions. {pls don't hate me xD}. BH has been pretty inactive with its core members, but you see they are trying to revive their past glory once again.


Its noone's fault. A group is not defined by its byline and its GFX, its the members, leaders and the owner whose cordination makes a group hit or a fail.

That is pretty much the scene right now and I am sure many would disagree with me, but that's what I feel. A group can do fantastic as a family.

I have enough money, let me buy a group.
Lets make an awesome byline for it. Lets get some good GFX done.
Now that all is set, lets start becoming HQ. Lets start recruitment, posting threads, giveaways, products, etc.
Shit, I lost my interest, now its the time to sell.
