Sadly hard to maintain when you do the Help desk freely though.

Threads of importance like this Id honestly consider paying to have them stickied myself, but I dont think you can sticky another members thread. I could be wrong.

I believe you actually can.
Just send Omni the request like you'd normally do for the sticky.

Maybe include another category for help desks? Not sure about that.

'Me happy to see that this is a sticky on this section of the forum, sadly it cost money to keep it stickied just so that the newbs can see it easily!
