I don't think I have anywhere near enough capital to start playing with real estate but I'm going to have a look into FOREX and do some serious research before I jump in.
Be quiet on forex. Start with little amount. Try to understand leverage, stop loss, spike & market release
Forex is very risky homie, but if you play it right can be very profitable. I would prefer day trading and cutting your losses very quickly instead of Forex, but day trading is a new beast on its own. Good luck!

Thanks for the input
I made a FOREX demo account and turned £10,000 into £12,000 today.
I guess its a whole different thing with real money though

That's pretty dope haha, yeah it's an entirely different ball game. Keep researching and when you feel you are adequate go for it!

Don't even think about making a quick buck with forex. On the long term you will lose all of your money.

Buy foreclosed homes my guy. I am telling you right now. Physical space will always hold value unlike shares. A company could go kaboom over night.
Buy plots of land, foreclosed homes, whatever. Land value will continue to increase as world population increases.
I ask you to reconsider your choice. Save that money until you can buy something. Then rent it out, flip it or whatever.

I intend to go into real estate eventually, I just wanted to make some bank to allow me to get there. But I understand that it's risky business.

What is your location? Do NOT buy anything that you couldn't pay for the monthly on your own.

Save your money

Might take a while
Seeing that you have a decent amount of money coming in you need to be careful.
What I would recommend if you want to start trading is that you learn a lot about it
before you start throwing real money at it. Most people think that trading is easy,
Once you start trading real money you will start to see your emotions and how
they will change your trading.
If you decide to trade just make sure you understand everything properly

I definitely will do my research, not in a hurry to jump into anything.
