Yo Cooligan make Complexity v2 with the same activity but different name.
Thanks mate.
Get the biggest scammer on HF out of the group? Then maybe think about going forward, until then it should be dead. 🤝
Idk after the whole situation when everyone was just suddenly kicked killed Illuminati's name for me. I actually liked what they had going. Occult especially fit Illuminati well, I always thought of that as their core of quality. Whilst I was never in there, so many spoke highly of it. I think Illuminati should bring back the Occult sector like how it used to be.
No buy-ins and a leader that doesn't scam.

Occult sector was the best part about Illuminati back when I used to be in it.

I agree with Fortunate on this one. I remember being part of the Occult sector back when Bane was leading it and it was amazing, probably the only good thing the group had.

The group just needs a purpose to serve and good leaders that can make it happen.

The community doesnt give a fuck about your group. Have you asked your members ?

This would be a great idea to ask your members first and ask what they dislike about the group and what they like about the current group.
Eh idk, I liked the $10 buy ins. That way, the community was united and the lounges were poppin

Start by asking the members what they want to see changed in the group itself, see what they have to offer to the community based on their skill-sets and passion.

From a normal everyday user of the forum, if you were to ask me I would say bring more high quality content and products to the forum - Here's I would do it:
(I'm not really experienced in regards to groups so I'm not sure how well this would pan out within the group or how easy it would be to conduct):

1) Assign members to different sections of the forums that they're interested in or have a passion for;
- Maybe applications within the sub-forum to see which user is suited to which forum, so for example monetizing, web-design, coding etc.
- Have them work on one high quality tutorial a month to post in that specific forum section.

I'm guessing that way the group would build more of a reputation over different forum sections as opposed to everyone just going about their own business. Spread out the group member skill-set throughout the forum and encourage them to do so.

2) Build the group as a brand - a brand known for delivering high quality content.

3) Accept members known for their manners, etiquette, respect etc. - A group consisting of members that are respectful as opposed to trolls will attract more
attention and it'll be known as a group that people will look up to.

This.

Remove Bandors, and maybe the group can become something.
First of all I agree with the other users..If the owner is indeed a scammer that needs to be the first change. Me personally I wouldn't like to lead a group let alone be in a group which would tarnish your account for posting content on behalf of such group/owners. So on that note it would be best if he did sell it.

Once that step is out of the way, you can begin. A few, if not the majority of these groups are doing the same thing. It's just too repetitive; "HQ content" exclusive, buyins, leadership sellings, etc. That's where they're going wrong. The key is to make a group which will create a vibe that brings the community together, have some fun.

The current groups which are based on marketing, lounge, exclusive, are serving their purpose, so why compete? An example would be Red Lions...they've earnt their reputation over YEARS and it will take time and consistency to get where they're at, if that is your idea. Many have tried and failed and revert to selling buyins and just in general losing interest. Everyone likes money, everyone has practically registered here to make money but ontop of making money...we signed up to a forum to have fun in that process.

You just need to find a niche or even multiple niches that would spark some interest. Cooking, graphics, music, entertainment, etc. You could have the best idea but at the end of the day It's all about how it's executed. You need to be dedicated and have innovate ideas on how you can create some general interest that will gradually increase and potentially turn into community battles for example. Videos of HF members having a bake off or some shit preferably while stoned..just have some fun. Summer is coming so it'll be good to get something popping.

Anyway that's my input, not like it matters but ye.

Everything you said is perfect ! And some people who owns a group need to think like that !
