Here's a few:

Dad who ghosted on his son, and now the latter has permanent brain damage.

Dude fucked up his bro real good by doing magic stuff.

A sports player ends up falling in love with a girl, but makes racist remarks on her bro.

There's this kid who kidnaps animals for his own collection.

Hint for easy: The men are yakuza who failed their boss and were presented with an ultimatum; get a sex change to become idols, or have their organs harvested to recoup losses. It is a comedy genre TV series and is available on Netflix.

Hint for medium: The series has a school setting where the male protagonist receives a cube that takes on the form of a girl with blue hair. From there he has to protect himself as well as the girl by fighting against external forces who wish to take control of the girl themselves. It is a TV series.

Hint for hard: The four girls have studied time travel at school to build up their knowledge for when they are then sent far in to the future in attempt to evade human extinction. It is a short movie.

Easy: Back Street Girls
Medium: C^3
Hard: Hm, this on is quite a hard one indeed. My best guess would have to be Arata naru Sekai: World's End though

All right. Good job!

Easy: A boy dies and is reincarnated as a dog and ends up living with his favourite author

Medium: An illegal idol group travels across worlds to fight against an organisation with the power of song and dance

Hard: A boy able to perceive soul-stealers since childhood finally decides to attempt to take action against them when they set their sights on his childhood friend
