When you go to neg a member when you're L33t the -1 option is there but you can't use it, people have been complaining about that for years now.

Yeah. It only happened for 1 day that omni forgot remove the ability to neg after a server upgrade.

Not how it is. Vendor is a group for Marketplace and Popularity is not related. They don't have negative reputation ability. It defaults to their l33t permissions since Vendor is a secondary group.
