CSGO lagging, despite high FPS and low ping

Apologies if this is in the wrong section; I checked the rules but they did not mention anything about problems such as these in this section. Anyway, recently, CSGO has been lagging a lot for me. I opened up task manager and saw it my CPU usage was spiking, and set my fps to max out at 100. My CPU then barely exceeded 50% then, but my game is still lagging. I was watching my FPS after setting it to max out at 100, and it rarely dropped below 90. I only saw it once dip into the 80s. My ping also doesn't seem to be causing the lag. It is always steadily hovering around 30. Any ideas as to how to stop the lag? This has only been happening recently and I even completely reset my PC a few hours ago in hopes of fixing it.

It's kinda true, however a powerfull cpu could help to "fix " this issue.

CS doesn't really require an high-end GPU, however a good CPU is recommended.
