Both yes and no, it can be done without domain/hosting but it's prefered you get one to match it with the niche. Namecheap offers both domains and hosting fairly cheap.

No Instagram involved whatsoever. You need FB page to run the Ad though, FB wont let you do it without one. You can make one in 5 minutes it's not even that important.

Hey mate! The only difference is support.

Basic package gives you basic support, if I have a Full Package customer needing my assistance you will be put on hold. Full Package customers can ask for Personal Set-Up either done on my PC then handed over, or done through TeamViewer.

I will provide you support rest assured regardless of the package, but in an event of me being busy with another customer (Full Package customer) you will unfortunately have to wait/arrange different time.
