is it possible to extract default passwords from a firmware file

i'm already connectd through ethernet but i can't configure the router and i'm not able to edit internet configuration to put my isp username and passwords in the internet configuration section .

5 mints ago i was able to login the router using the username " user " and password " HuaweiUser " but this user is limited and i can only edit the wifi settings but i'm not able to edit the internet connection settings .

Sorry I tend to only get on HF on my down days, but from what I read about this particular model that user and HuaweiUser is the default user. Like you can always check if you are able to flash a different firmware on there if you are looking for some actual functionality. Not sure what exactly you are trying to shoot for as you can login just maybe unable to edit the setting you wish.

yes o can login using " user HuaweiUser " but i don't have full control on the router , there's no choice for uploading another firmware , i can't even edit my internet section in advanced mod . so i was asking for help to get the admin username and password .
Oh now this makes some more sense you can log in just some configuration settings are disabled. Have you considered that your ISP probably might be one to call. Have you tried to login via telnet/ssh sometimes you can dump the configs and sometimes they have passwords in cleartext.
I don't think you will be able to extract it from the firmware file. You can however look for the default creds on the internet if you just google the firmare update's name.

i already have my isp router but it's an old model of huawei HG530 , and i bought this router HG658 cause it has many features that my isp router doesn't have , and it was working fine until i downloaded a firmware from internet which carry the software version V100R001C163B009SP03 thinking that it might add extra feature or cure any old bugs but i was wrong , cause i lost the full control over my router and can't find the admin username and password until this moment .

How about contacting Huawei perhaps this is a bug? Perhaps it may also be an option to downgrade the firmware, you might need to find that old firmware which worked previously. I'll dig around and see if I can't find the firmware as well.

Edit: At this point we honestly have no idea what the new firmware did or what configuration files it has on the device. It might literally come down to interfacing with the device using it's serial connections.
