I personally use paxful, since you have so many options. You can buy BTC on there with almost any payment method. The only downside to it is that the fees are high at times.

Exchanging with people on forums isnt bad , you got to find the right person though if you dont want to be paying crazy middleman fees everytime

instagram service called @paypalcrypto

You can contact them and see, they don't ask for ID and they have 1:1 rate for lots of coins..
