I actually also get this using the Chrome browser on my iPhone 6, stickied threads have larger title text than regular. All stickied threads have been read as well. I wonder if maybe it is a screen width thing if both Safari and Chrome do it? But this is also inside the Premium Sellers section as well.

If I'm not mistaken, Apple does not let any browser on the iOS Store use their own engine (for reasons of security) and so any browser would have this issue since it's most likely a -Webkit issue tagged with iPhone devices. I couldn't replicate on Android but iPhone 6S also has this issue.
