Soo many idiots, if you can't decode it, then just walk away you shouldn't even be in this section. Read a tutorial, there are plenty in these forums about how to decrypt something.

People scanning on VT that's why this is detected so quickly.

It became detected 45 minutes after release. EVERYBODY scans on virustotal.
