You shouldn't waste your time with tools that nearly nobody will use in the end in my opinion, tbh.

Keep it simple, don't dive too deep into resolvers and such. If I remember correctly this site was trying to drift away from it's old blackhat ways, supplying tools for kids to use to do such would only lower the standard of this forum, as if it hasn't already sank enough. As for tools, I don't really see any use for them. A simple pkd_add -rv will get me any text editor I want, and if I need an IP lookup, I'd just use one of the thousands of free ones. As for Resolvers, I don't even think that should be an option. If you want to release some tools, get a couple GOOD devs, and whip up some tools and brand it as an HF toolset, sell it, profit, and leave it at that.
