UFC is a organization of the sport mma. It`s a fight and promoting Organization for mma fighters. It`s the best MMA Organization in the world, with the best fighters. I watch the UFC events and they are the best.... But I love hockey way more now. I was training in MMA for 3-4 years, back like almost 7 years or more ago.

True, It is skill but it is not physically Active, only is your hands and mind. Mentally it is active but Physical sports have much more then just the mental game and using your hands. There is conditioning and much more.

I do agree but I don`t know much on how it works. All I know is hockey is ROCK HARD SMASHING SPEED, action packed. So good. I love the community of the NHL and how they are also nagging.
