For 100 Billion with a chance of death? No it would hardly make a difference if I even had that much money to changing the world, I would rather live. I am not materialistic where I would worship money, if it was over 1 Trillion then yes I would definitely take that 50/50 chance and if it was 100 Trillion I would settle with 40/60 chance. I would use it to change society, how things run and invest in creating a mass political movement to take over a country's government and change policies and slowly implement dictatorial policies whilst maintaining healthy good relationships with all the people. I would also expand on my investments in energy, infrastructure, oil and big resources, anything that would expand my power and influence in the world. Invest heavily in defense, missiles and robotics. Of course even 1 trillion would not be enough to carry out all this but with smart investments it can grow massively.
