op is not coming online on skype (even it shows he is online) . The emails are not going using inbuild smtp. Messaged op on skype but didn't recieved any reply.

Op this is a week now I bought your 6 months package. I have neither been able to use the SMTP provided or the software. You are always on skype but won't respond to messages. I will dispute if I don't hear from you in 24 hrs.
