i drink a lot of sparkling water ,in the summertime i mix it with apple juice,like 1/4 apple juice and 3/4 water

My mum used to drink it many years ago, she was an alcoholic and she'd probably heard it was good for hangovers or something.

I've never understood it, it's like proper water, but worse. I can drink it if I have to, but my wife hates it, we have accidentally bought it a couple of times when we've been in a country where we don't speak the language and you can't tell from the bottle.

I do prefer stil. But don't underestimate the power of a glass of fizzy after a heavy meal.
