You need to port forward for that. Look up a tutorial on port forwarding

Very nice guide.

One thing you could do is to create a basic PHP script that displays the persons ip who is visiting the page, then using webclient.downloadstring(url) to get their IP using the server. You could make it email it to you or automatically pastebin it etc...
