Hey, I'm interested in joining so I'll post an application based on the format given in OP:

What Programming languages can you program in???: C/C++, ASM (primarily x86 and ARM), Bash, PHP, Ruby (specifically Rails), Python, and various other langs (I just listed the languages which I most commonly use)

What forms of web exploitation do you know???: I know all forms of web-based attacks (well, all publicly documented methods at least. Everything listed on OWASP for sure). Of course, I'm more skilled at some vectors than others, but I'm pretty well-versed in every form of web-based attack vector. By that I mean, I understand how they all work and I know common bypass / filter evasion techniques for them all. In addition to web exploitation, I have a fairly advanced understanding of network exploitation and browser exploitation, as well as a basic understanding of lower-level attacks e.g. binary exploitation, overflows, format string bugs, race conditions, etc..

What is your skype name and how active are you???: My username is 'intruded' and I don't really use Skype but I can start using it again if that's the preferred method of communication for the group. I can be online daily.
