Honestly you can "uncensor" any llm, even the cloud ones like claude, gemini or gpt, just need a crafty jailbreak and to not use them via their webui but the api (the web ui for openai has for example 15 THOUSAND tokens worth of instructions that is being sent before your every prompt, api has none) check out https://rentry.org/jb-listing for various jailbreaks
