In that case your worker username is iNuke.iNuke and the password is 1.
To make it work, add a worker with the username "1" and the password "x"

It's because the blocks are being solved immensely fast so a lot of times you might not be able to submit any shares before you have to start over...
Once the network difficulty evens out it should start running at full capacity.

200 KH/S is okay for a single GPU, so yes, you are. If I were to take a guess you're using a 7950 or the equivalent R9 card.
