Doxing is nearly always associated with illegal intentions; but this proves completely against that.

I just happened to check on HeyBuddy here on HF. Between reading this thread and the messages left by the HF community on my rep I have to say from the bottom of my heart thank you to everyone. For your kind words, your positivity, and most importantly support. Reading everyone's comments made me realize that HF isn't just a chance for someone to make a buck, or scam someone. We have an opportunity to use what we do for good. To help someone who just needs a hand. And with that said if there is ever anything I can offer someone, please don't hesitate to ask.

I wanted to give everyone an update. I was able to organize this woman's emails into 4 binders which helped explain everything that happened in a timeline. I was able to send these out today. One to the District Attorney, One to my Attorney, One to the detective that handled the investigation, and another to my CPS Caseworker. I am hoping that within the next couple of weeks the information will be reviewed and charges dropped. I'm also hoping that this good for nothing person who not only ruined my life but the life of my sons gets investigated for the numerous crimes which she committed.

I'll give you a small list of what we were unable to uncover.

1. That she plotted, and carried out an attempt to poison my entire family by putting HEROIN on a pizza she sent home with my son after having him for a weekend. She also put it in a couple of other snacks as well, but I remember very clearly that pizza. We all ate it and it's how we tested positive for opiates. She tried and failed a couple of times to put drugs in my car. Physically tried to break into my car and hide drugs.

2. The reason she did this. Her son is the biological father of the child I call my son. For 3 years she had been pushing for domiciliary custody of him. We didn't know why, she didn't even live in the same state. Her son was injured while working for his own father. She pushed him to sue his own father who in turn had to sell his business in order to pay out this lawsuit for 1.3 million dollars. She wanted custody of my son so that when suing they would be able to double the sum they paid out because they would have another person to care for. I.e. Now we have to care for 3 people so we need more money.

3. We found out a plot from 2013 where she doctored text messages from me to her. The messages had me demanding for her doctor boyfriend to write me a prescription or I wouldn't allow her to see her grandson. The plot failed when they brought the screenshots to the police because my actual phone number wasn't visible, and the police asked her to bring her cell phone statement showing the exchange of texts.

4. We also found out that she's been calling CPS on people since 2004 when she first started her yahoo account. I can guess she's been doing this her whole life as well but we don't have documentation to prove it.

5. Now this is the funniest part and the part that makes me believe every wrong is righted, and karma is very real. She made her son sue his own father for 1.3 million dollars. She gave 1 million to a financial planner, who has since November of last year gone missing. He apparently saw an easy mark, took her money and has disappeared. She is broke. She started overdrafting her account in January. All of her bills are past due. The private school she put my son in is about to release him because tuition isn't paid. Her life insurance isn't paid. Cellphone, everything is behind. She owes roughly $5-10k to over 7 different attorneys. Basically she's broke, and is in panic mode, filling out as many online loan applications as she can.

And now. The part where I smile. She's broke, out of options, about to be exposed for the criminal she is, and I am about to get my son back. I've been unpacking all his toys and setting up his room. I'm beyond ecstatic and excited. Thank you again HeyBuddy. Really you don't know how much you've changed my life.
