Yes it would! It took me a while to understand what was going on with all the buttons, links and rules.
This photo would help indeed, especially for those who aren't as familiar with the forums layout as others might be.

The opening posts pictures are extremely clear and concise. No confusion as to what button does what if this is first referenced.

When I came back from my long break, I had to work out what button does what through trial and error since mobile version of HF does have a mouse over description to show what each button does.
