The only anime I believe I've ever rewatched was FMA: Brotherhood. It's just so good that if anyone starts watching it around me, I just pick it up and watch it with them.

only times i ever re-watch anime is either a) when i'm watching anime with somebody else or b) if i rlly like an anime and it made me feel i'll probably end up watching it again. p sure the only anime i've re-watched on my own are flcl, space dandy but only season 2 ep 8, tatami galaxy and i'm planning on watching night on the galactic railroad again some time soon. oh also mononoke

The only times I have rewatched an anime is when I watched them a long time ago and forgot everything. I would rewatch if I had seen it months or even a year ago.
