Skype is never a good place to solve problems related with the services.
Everytime there is a problem all the customers should use the ticket system instead.
Skype is more used for Sales related things 🤝

We're doing a "HIGH" update and changes on all our servers.
One of the things we are changing is the protocol we use on the VPN servers.
We were using TCP for the time being but we are changing it to UDP, so expect a considerable increasing of the speeds 🤝
