It's a brand new RDP lol. I know what it looks like to be IP banned and that's not the issue. It's just not logging in at all. Maybe it's a firewall issue with the RDP? I wouldn't know how to fix that without admin access though.

Restart the bot on the RDP.

If that doesn't work, re-install Net framework 4.6.2
